If you haven't had an ongoing cleaning service, we recommend that your first appointment be a deep clean. Deep cleaning takes extra time, but you will see and feel the results. Add whatever you like from our Options Menu. When you set up ongoing cleaning, we’ll continue with our standard cleaning list, and you may request a deep clean or optional items whenever you wish (with an additional charge based on our hourly rate). Move-in and move-out cleanings generally follow our deep clean task list, minus those tasks that don’t apply because the furniture has been removed or hasn’t arrived yet. If you feel our task lists don’t apply to your specific situation, let us know and we’ll tailor them to your needs.

We do not move heavy furniture or lift items over 25 lbs.

We do not use ladders other than two-step stepladders.

Outside windows will not be cleaned unless easily accessible from the inside.

We are professionals in cleaning, but for the removal of excessively moldy areas, we recommend seeking the expertise of specialized mold remediation professionals.

For the safety of our staff, we do not enter homes with barking/aggressive dogs unless properly restrained.

We do not use toxic chemicals provided by clients unless approved in advance. We are open to using your non-toxic cleaners for a safer and healthier cleaning experience.

Ironing services are not included.

We do not clean plasma TVs, computer screens, or equipment, but we will dust their tops.

We do not clean human waste, pet waste, or cat litter; please remove any waste before our arrival.
To ensure the safety of our cleaners, we do not move heavy items or lift more than 25 lbs.
** Please remove or indicate any valuable, delicate, or irreplaceable items you prefer us not to touch.
*** We do not clean delicate or easily damaged items such as crystal, antique collections, or unframed paintings/artwork.
Laundry services are available upon request, but we require proper instruction on your laundry equipment and the provision of laundry soap. We do not launder or hand wash delicate items, and we are not liable for any damage that may occur during the laundry process. Laundry tasks may not be completed within the scheduled cleaning time, and additional hours will be charged accordingly.
A lock-out fee of $111.50 will be applied if our cleaners are unable to access the premises for a scheduled appointment.
Late cancellations or re-scheduled appointments will incur a missed appointment fee of $111.50.
