  • What is the difference between a deep and standard cleaning?
    Deep Cleaning: A deep cleaning is washing of all areas of the home. It takes anywhere from 2-2:30 hours longer then a regular standard maintenance clean. The deep clean is then followed by a maintenance clean which is either weekly, biweekly or monthly services. Standard Cleaning: A standard cleaning is a maintenance upkeep of a deep clean. It consists of only dusting all areas of the home normally a standard clean is done in half the time of a deep clean.
  • What happens if I need to cancel my clean?
    We ask our clients that if they are going to make a change or cancel an appointment that they do so 24 hours in advance.
  • When will I receive an estimate?
    After you fill out our Questionaries on our website, you will receive an email from Total Clean. with your estimate.
  • What happens if I am dissatisfied with my clean?
    You can contact us within 24 hours either by phone or email. We have a 100% policy guarantee.
  • What cities does Total Clean service?
    The areas we serve are Moraga, Orinda, Lafayette, Walnut Creek, Piedmont, Danville, Alamo, Concord, Berkeley, Oakland and Pleasant Hill.
  • Do you work weekends and holidays?
    Our hours of operations are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. We do not work holidays.
  • What happens if my cleaning team is running behind schedule?
    We have an hour window. The cleaners can arrive 30 before or 30 minutes after the arrival time that we gave you.
  • Does Total Clean provide the cleaning supply?
    Yes, Total Clean provides all the supplies.
  • What measures are we taking to prevent COVID-19
    -Each morning each employee will have thier temperature taken when they arrive at the office. - Employess will be asked to stay home if they have any flu symptoms. -Ensure employees keep the recommended 6 feet away - Disinfect all cleaning equipment before entering clients homes. - Maintain the same team of two cleaners.
